Los Angeles - Director Stephen Griffin announced the selection of Brian Tee for the role of quirky caller and eventual talk show host Dwayne Archimedes in the upcoming feature Roswell FM. Tee is best known for his starring role as DK, the Drift King, in Universal Pictures' action-thriller The Fast and the Furious 3: Tokyo Drift, directed by Justin Lin. The third installment in that hit franchise. Afterwards, Tee gave a standout comic performance in Lin's next film, Finishing the Game: The Search for a New Bruce Lee. He then produced and starred in the independent feature Deadland, a post-apocalyptic thriller. He is currently starring and producing in a US/Korea co-production romantic comedy called The Wedding Palace, now in post-production.
Tee has been featured in many
Hollywood studio films such as Fun With Dick and Jane; action-drama We Were Soldiers, opposite Mel Gibson; and action-adventure Austin Powers: Goldmember.
On television, Tee was a series regular playing “EMT Eddie Choi,” on Crash, a TV series based on the Academy Award winning film. Tee has guest-starred on the hit shows "Burn Notice," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Dark Blue," "Lie To Me," "Grey's Anatomy," "Entourage," "The Unit," "Jericho," "Without a Trace," "Monk," "The Pretender," and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."
